Bryngwyn - details
Bryngwyn is newly renovated, with new furniture and fittings throughout (see the photo gallery for pictures). All linen and towels are provided, with the exception of beach towels.
Accommodation
Upstairs:
- master bedroom, with king size bed, en suite shower room and amazing views across the Loughor Estuary;
- generous twin room with 3' single beds and views towards Cefn Bryn;
- large double bedroom with king size bed and lovely views (cot available on request);
- Bathroom with shower over bath.
Downstairs:
- large lounge with wood burner, (and central heating) SKY TV, DVD player, comfortable leather lounge sofas, French doors to garden, and dining area;
- brand new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic hob;
- light and airy conservatory adjoining kitchen opening onto patio area and garden;
- bedroom with 1 or 2 single beds as required;
- downstairs lavatory;
- hallway and glass porch to front of house for walking boots, coats etc, with a large dog box for muddy dogs!
- Broadband internet.
Outside:
- parking for 3 cars at the front of the house;
- pretty garden with large lawn area (great for children to play safely);
- children’s playhouse;
- hot and cold outdoor taps, with hose and spray for washing dogs/wetsuits/surfboards etc.;
- gas barbeque;
- table and chairs with sun umbrella.

A deposit of 30% will be taken on booking with the balance due four weeks prior to arrival. Arrivals any time after 2.00 p.m.
Children
Cot, highchair and stair gate are all available on request. There is a children’s playhouse in the garden that can be used with parental supervision.
Dogs
We welcome well-behaved dogs. However, we do ask that owners keep their dogs downstairs at all times (a stair gate can be provided if needed). If you are bringing your dogs then a refundable bond of £75 per dog is required in case carpet or excessive cleaning is necessary following your visit.
There is a large front porch with a big dog basket for wet dogs to dry off and hot and cold taps outside (with hosepipe) for washing your dogs after particularly dirty walks. We also provide poop scoop bags for the garden!
Sorry, but…
We do not accept stag or hen parties or large single-sex groups.
The house is no smoking except for electronic cigarettes, which can be purchased upon request.
