Surfing
Bryngwyn is situated just a few miles away from Llangenith, Gower's most famous surfing beach. Llangenith is well known for sucking up any surf there is, and if it's a foot in height in Langland it's likely to be three foot in Llangenith. Llangenith is also home to a great surf shop - run by PJ, former Welsh, UK and European surfing champion who will regale you with stories of close encounters with sharks in South Africa when on the tour.
