Swansea Leisure Center
Swansea's amazing new Leisure Centre is on the seafront Oystermouth Road, near the Waterfront Museum, and for families with children it is a great trip for those occasional rainy days. Its futuristic design ensures that it cannot be missed! Opened in March '08, this has become Swansea's main attraction, with water activities for all ages.
The state of the art water-park houses the indoor Boardrider, the worlds only deep water standing wave machine. The Masterblaster offers an exciting experience of being lifted on jets of water, with swooping falls following. The water flumes also offer super fast rides along a swirl of bends on jets of water. There is also a huge gym, an audio visual play zone, a climbing wall, spa, and much much more - including the largest health and fitness gym in Wales; the first interactive audio visual play zone structure; a 30ft climbing wall and a health spa. Rainy holiday days in Swansea are no problem here!
